Remote Schedule not synchronizing with mailbox due to no local copy kept.
Cause:
When the schedule file was initially defined, the user chose the option NOT to keep a local copy of the schedule file. This option should not be chosen if working remotely.

Solution:
Delete both the local and server copies of the Schedule+ file and create a new file using 'Keep a local copy' option. When file is created, choose 'Work Primarily from Local File' option.
1) Make a backup of the Schedule+ data by exporting the file:
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Export'.
b) Select 'Schedule+ Interchange...' from the submenu.
c) Choose the range of data and information to be exported in the Export Schedule+ Interchange' dialog box.

d) Click 'OK'.
2) Delete the current Schedule data on both the local computer and the server:
a) When starting Schedule+ on the local computer, press and hold CTRL+SHIFT.
b) Click 'Yes' when prompted 'Are you sure you want to clear your schedule data?'.

c) When the Schedule+ screen appears, select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'.
d) Click 'Synchronize' tab.
e) Select the 'Work primarily from local file' check box.

f) Click 'OK'.
3) Import the Schedule+ data exported in step 1).
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Import'.
b) Select 'Schedule+ Interchange...' from the submenu.
c) Select the file to be imported.
NOTE1: The file will have an .SC2 extension.
NOTE2: If the file is not listed, click 'Browse...' and locate the file.
d) Click 'Open'.
